If you want or expect a solution and honest buisness practice and your in an actual situation don't expect Palace Staion to pull through.100 bucks guys… Getting lots of attitude and stiffed with one of there bills after a losing session is nit the best experience one can hope for and poor buisness. Instead of doing the right thing and giving us our money back, they're making a big Investigation out of this and putting us through This when they know damn well, they can just go to the camera and look and see by zooming in. If we can make a fake one hundred dollar bill, we certainly wouldn't be going into the casino trying to get an exchange on one that's for damn sure. Depending on how much we gamble from a year to year. Holding their top card in one below the top card. And we have been gambling there for over 10 years. He stated that he cannot go to the camera and I said. And you could zoom in on the bills that were counted out in front of us on top of the machine. You need to go check the cameras, so you can verify what you're saying. I said there's all kinds of things that come from casinos. After we figured it out, we called her back over and told her about it, so she called security, and one of the security clowns came up and accused us of not being truthful because he said there is no way that came from that casino. I suppose and you don't expect to look at that kind of thing. She just stacked them on top of each other. You don't expect that besides? She didn't make available vision of the entire bills. Because the lady that was cashing us out counted the money out on our machine. For the first time in my life I was given a bad prop bill. The relationships you get with the people that are actually working there on a day-by-day. The gambling here is horrible you will not leave a winner.
